This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Tiny Trends Club. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection, shipping address, and contact information, are correct at the time of purchase.

International Shipping Policy

Due to the high costs and logistical complexities associated with international shipping, all international orders are subject to strict return and refund conditions as described in this policy.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the shipment, does not collect the order from the courier, or is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.

No refunds will be issued for:

Refused deliveries

Failed delivery attempts

Non-collection of shipments

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local handling charges imposed by their country.

Refusal to pay customs or import charges does not qualify for a refund. Delays, seizures, or non-delivery caused by customs authorities are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Fees

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, regardless of delivery outcome.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that are undeliverable or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during transit

The incorrect product was delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence to support their claim.

Return Authorization, Shipping & Inspection

All returns require prior written approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

If a return request is approved:

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges

The product must be returned to the warehouse address provided by our support team

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team

The inspection and refund process may take 2 to 3 weeks from the date the returned item is delivered to our warehouse.

Products returned in used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition may be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Refused or unaccepted deliveries

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Customs delays, charges, or refusals

Failed delivery attempts

Orders returned without approval

Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or future service to customers who repeatedly violate this policy or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior.
