Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our international warehouses.

Delivery times vary by destination:

Singapore/Australia/NZ: 7–15 business days.

UK/Europe: 10–20 business days.

Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout.

Remote areas (e.g., rural NZ, Scottish Highlands) may incur extra fees.

3. Import Taxes & Customs Duties

All additional fees (VAT, GST, customs duties, or clearance charges) are the buyer’s responsibility.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Contact your local customs office to estimate potential charges before ordering.

4. Failed Deliveries Due to Unpaid Fees

If customs fees are unpaid, the package may be

Returned to us (refund issued minus return shipping costs).

Held at a local post office for pickup (buyer must pay fees to release).

No refunds will be issued for abandoned/returned packages due to unpaid duties.

5. Tracking & Lost Packages

Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.

Lost/damaged packages?  Contact us within 30 days to file a carrier claim.

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.

7. I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

8. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
